Founder of Bay Area Furniture Bank who has held key Executive level positions of management responsibility at Xerox, Apple, Autodesk and Hilti. A senior sales executive with international experience leading Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing functions for small and large technology companies. He also served 27 years in the U.S. Navy, as a Naval Aviator, while holding positions of senior command. Ray holds a BS from Boston College and is originally from New Haven, CT but has been living in the local community since 1969.
Thomas D. Follett, Treasurer
Retired, Partner, Accenture Consulting
Thomas D. Follett is a retired business executive who spends a great deal of time seeking ways to fight the Parkinson’s disease at The Parkinson’s Institute and Clinical Center. He joined the Board of Directors at the Institute in 2005 and for the last 5 years has served as Board Chairman. Tom provides an active, hands on role helping with strategy, fund raising, problem solving, and as a public relations spokesman for the Institute. Tom also serves as a member of That Man May See (TMMS) Board of Directors helps raise funds for the Ophthalmology Department at UCSF. Over a 10-year time frame he has chaired the Strategic Planning Committee and has served on the Finance Committee, along with the Recruitment and Retention Committee. After losing his wife to Lou Gehrig’s disease, Tom became active with The ALS Association, with whom he served as President of the Bay Area Chapter for three years. Tom was a Partner with Andersen Consulting (now called Accenture) and retired in 2000 after a 25-year career. He started in Chicago but spent the majority of his career working with high tech clients in the Bay Area. He also lived in Germany for 5 years where he managed the Manufacturing Industry Practice. Tom is a graduate of Notre Dame (BS Aero Engineering), University of Michigan (MS Aero Engineering) and Xavier University (MBA).

A Principal at Hengehold Trucks, a family operated business since 1948 which has the largest selection of pre-owned commercial vehicles in Northern California. Under Dave’s guidance, the company has consistently maintained a Better Business Bureau A+ Rating.
Retired, Senior Sales Executive, Xerox Corporation
Gunilla Follett is a long-time community resident who has lived in Los Altos for over 50 years. A highly-respected philanthropic leader who has won numerous awards for her tireless contributions to worthy causes. After a successful sales career with Xerox Corporation, she became a well-respected Event Planner working on numerous projects and causes. She helped start the Music for Minors program whose goal was to put vocal music back in the schools, after Prop 13 eliminated the arts. Due in large part to her efforts, they are presently celebrating their 40th anniversary and teaching vocal music to 25,000 children. She was the chairman of the Centennial Celebration for Los Altos and Los Altos Hills in 1999 and 2000. She presently serves on the El Camino Hospital’s Foundation Board and is also a member of the Los Altos/Mountain View YMCA Board of Executives, where she has been a Board member for 26 years and was instrumental in getting the new facility built and creating numerous programs for supporting dependent families at Moffett Field while their military spouses were on deployment overseas. She has been an active member on the board for Pathways/Hospice and is a member of the Junior League of Palo Alto.
Secretary, Community volunteer
A graduate of Boston College and a teacher by formal education who has spent years in the classroom as well as working for Apple Computer. Robyn has volunteered to help create and implement the Personnel Guidelines and Policies for the company, as well as the formal training of all Partner organizations and agencies.
