Founder of Bay Area Furniture Bank who has held key Executive level positions of management responsibility at Xerox, Apple, Autodesk and Hilti. A senior sales executive with international experience leading Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing functions for small and large technology companies. He also served 27 years in the U.S. Navy, as a Naval Aviator, while holding positions of senior command. Ray holds a BS from Boston College and is originally from New Haven, CT but has been living in the local community since 1969.

Bob Daw

Bob brings many years of global senior leadership experience in technology sales and operations for large and small technology companies including Medallia, Oracle, BEA Systems, Apple, and IBM. He and his family have been residents of Santa Clara County for over 20 years after relocating from Toronto, Canada.
With over two decades of international senior leadership experience in enterprise sales and sales operations in technology companies, Bob consistently delivers strong results through customer focus, personal integrity, strategic planning, urgency of execution, stakeholder collaboration and transparency, and developing and leveraging talent.
Richard Gross

Richard has extensive experience in business development, strategy, marketing and operations. As an investor and advisor to numerous startups Richard has a rich career profile co-founding, leading and growing software, fintech, social engagement, and data analytics businesses. He has been a management consultant and economic analyst at KPMG, Standard & Poor’s, ICF and Reuters. Throughout his career he has served on several boards for non-profit organizations.
Richard holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School and a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston University.
